‘Fuji’ apple is an introduction from Japan that has become Ca.’s favorite apple. It is medium to large fruit with a red skin. The firm cream-colored flesh is both sweet and tart and is known to have a distinct aroma. Good storage apple. It ripens in mid-Oct. It is also an excellent pollinizer and is self-fruitful.
